In light of its strategic goals, the Company has built a supervisory mechanism integrating the Board of Supervisors, Compliance, Audit and Internal Controls to ensure independent and efficient supervision. Business supervision and role-specific supervision are combined organically, with the latter attaching equal importance to ex-ante prevention and ex-post supervision, focusing on the "key few", key business activities and high-risk areas, and providing precise and well-targeted supervision. The Company sticks to scientific and appropriate supervision to assure all-around risk prevention, compliance of operation and steady implementation of its strategies.
