The Chinese New Year is around the corner. On January 31, the Department of Compliance and Audit of the Construction Group organized a Pre-festival Integrity Awareness Event and had the functions and affiliates watch the CCTV anti-corruption documentary, titled “Make Unremitting Efforts, Go Deeper”, in order to intensify corporate governance, uproot festival-related corruption, and educate and guide the senior management and the staff to promote workplace integrity, show rightful conduct and good morals and resist corruption.

Uphold Integrity During the Festival

The documentary has four episodes, namely, “Resolve Unique Problems”, “Political Supervision and Guarantee”, “Enforce Code of Conduct and Discipline” and “Take a Holistic Approach, and Dare not, Can not and Will not Commit Corruption”. 12 select cases mirror the reality, ring the alarm and demonstrate zero no-go area, full coverage and zero tolerance when it comes to combating corruption.

With a deep understanding and analysis of the cases, the head of the Company warned the senior management and the staff of corruption. With the cases serving as a mirror, the Company will get rid of the hotbed of corruption, and demonstrate zero no-go area, full coverage and zero tolerance when it comes to combating corruption at the Construction Group.

It was emphasized at the meeting that the Construction Group will proceed with integrity awareness and education, strengthen organization and leadership, take multi-faceted precautionary and educational actions and create a corruption-free workplace that encourages practical work and entrepreneurship in the days ahead.
