On September 13, the eve of the Mid-autumn Festival, the Construction Group hosted an integrity awareness event titled “Promote Integrity at Zijin and Build a Line of Defense Against Corruption”, aiming to further consolidate and deepen the fruit of past efforts on integrity and create a corruption-free workplace.
PART.01
As part of the event, the Company had the staff watch the fourth episode, titled “Take a Holistic Approach, and Dare not, Can not and Will not Commit Corruption”, of the CCTV anti-corruption documentary, titled “Make Unremitting Efforts, Go Deeper”. Featuring real-world cases in a lively and detailed way, the episode exposes corruption phenomena in different industries and sectors.
Meanwhile, the Department of Compliance and Audit hit home with an analysis of typical cases of corruption within the Group and enlightened the staff to reflect on, ponder over and guard against potential integrity risks their jobs may entail. The alarm of integrity and self-discipline was rung again.

In addition, by studying the Group's relevant documents, the participants reviewed the Group's history and achievements in corporate governance and workplace integrity over the last 30-plus years, had a deeper understanding of the corporate culture and values, and recognized the importance of and had a sense of ownership for workplace integrity.

The Company is deeply aware of the close correlation between integrity and engineering, which complement each other and jointly drive sound business growth.
In the future, the Company will further strengthen the integrity risk prevention and control system, embed the integrity culture and make it inherent in everyday management, production and operation practices, and lay a cornerstone for its sustainable growth in the long run.
