Integrity

At the beginning of the meeting, the participants studied the Group's “Special Action Plan for Anti-corruption in the Field of Procurement and Trade” and other documents, while those performing key roles such as procurement, trade and warehousing read through and signed “Commitment to Workplace Integrity”.

The special action is essential not only to tighten corporate governance, but also to address new circumstances and new challenges and achieve the Company's strategic goals. Its roll-out is expected to further intensify good governance of the procurement and trade process, fix the loopholes in management and heighten workplace integrity and overall competitiveness of the Company.

The staff should make the necessary corrections in a conscientious and well-organized manner according to the plan made by the Group. All departments and projects must collaborate with each other and make concerted efforts to ensure effectiveness of the special action and bolster up the sustainable and healthy development of the Company.
